- Directions
- 1)Wash and chop radish leaves finely.
- 2)Cut radish in to half inch cubes.
- 3)Heat oil in a pan.
- 4)Splutter mustard seeds.
- 5)Add chopped radish first and allow to cook for 2 minutes, covering the pan.
- 6)Add chopped radish leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder to it.
- 7)Mix and cook covered for some more time or till done.
- 8)Switch off the flame and mix lemon juice to it.
- :- Tastes good with rice or chappathi.
- Variations:- :- + cup of freshly grated coconut can be added. :- Add + cup soaked green gram while cooking radish pieces.
