PANEER GRILLED! EXTREMELY GRILLED!

I LOVE PANEER GRILL! PANEER IS COTTAGE CHEESE.
DO TRY IT. ITS SO DAMN AWESOME.. NO NEED OF ANY GRILL MACHINE! SIMPLE AND EASY TO MAKE!

INGREDIENTS:-

TOMATOES.... AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE
ONION........ .....AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE
PANEER...........AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE
CAPSICUM......AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE.
TOMATO SAUCE

DIP:-
PUDINA LEAVES (MINT)
CURD
SALT
CORIANDER LEAVES


LETS MAKE THE DIP FIRST:

-> TAKE SOME PUDINA LEAVES,CORIANDER LEAVES, CURD AND ADD THEM INTO THE GRINDER, ADD SALT TO TASTE. PUDINA LEAVES SHOULD BE MORE THAN CORIANDER LEAVES.
-. GRIND THEM. YOUR DIP IS READY! THE QUANTITY DEPENDS ON THE QUANTITY OF THE VEGETABLES.

LETS MAKE THE GRILL:-

-> FIRST TAKE THE VEGETABLES AND DIP IT IN THE PUDINA DIP ADD TURMERIC POWDER TO PANEER WHILE BOILING.

->  TAKE A COOKING STICK WHICH IS SHARP. YOU CAN ALSO USE THE STICK WHICH YOU USE TO MAKE CRACKERS (PAPAD). INSERT  VEGETABLES ONE BY ONE. CUT THE VEGETABLES BIG.

-> DICE PANEER INTO LARGE PIECES AND INSERT IT IN THE MIDDLE. NOT THE PANEER SHOULD BE BOILED AND FIRM.

-> GRILL IT IN A STOVE WITH HIGH FLAME. GRILL UNTIL IT LOOKS GOOD.
