- Onion Rings - 4 nos
- *For making veg stock:-
- Mix everything in a pressure cooker
- cover it with lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup
- don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
- Directions
- 1)Heat butter in a vessel.
- 2)Add all the chopped vegetables except tomatoes and salt for about 5-7 minutes.
- 3)Add the veg stock, tomatoes, bay leaves, nutmeg powder, salt and pepper powder and bring to a boil.
- 4)Cover and simmer gently for 30-35 minutes. For a clear soup, sieve it. Otherwise liquidize in a blender.
- 5)Mix well the flour in milk and add to the soup.
- 6)Cook until it becomes smooth and thick.
- 7)Garnish with onion rings.
- :- Serve hot.
