- DIRECTIONS TO MAKE MIXED VEGETABLE OOTHAPPAM
- 1)Follow the method for preparing the batter for Oothappam from the recipe for preparing plain dosas. The only difference being the batter for Oothappam should be slightly thicker.
- 2)Finely chop all the vegetables.
- 3)Mix them together.
- 4)Heat dosa tava (griddle). Spread 1 big spoon of the batter onto the tava.
- 5)Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top and press slightly with the help of finger-tips.
- 6)Roast it from both sides with the help of butter or ghee on low flame.
- :- Serve hot with Sambar and chutney.
