- Directions
- 1)For preparing diabetic dosa, soak raw rice, fenugreek and urad dal in water for about an hour and grind and make a batter.
- 2)Add salt to the batter.
- 3)Pour a laddle full of batter into the thava and spread in round thin shape and pour oil around it. Allow it to cook till it becomes crisp.
- 4)Turn sides and cook well.
- 5)Diabetic dosai is ready.
